To promote and encourage civic and commercial activity that benefits  the State of Washington, the City of Seattle and the Pacific Northwest;

 

• To foster trade & commerce among members;

• To promote & elevate business standards, as well as professional ethics;

• To invite others to bring their skills  and extend hospitality to visitors and new arrivals;

• To assist in and encourage the building of new industries and the expansion of old;

• To be advocates of good citizenship and encourage interest and active participation by its members in public events;

• To provide facilities and accommodations for business meetings and social gatherings;

• To establish and maintain a social and business club for Norwegians, Norwegian-Americans and those with appreciation of such;

• To provide meeting places and facilities as will serve the purposes for which this Norwegian Commercial Club is organized

​Meetings

Norwegian Commercial Club

Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, from September through May.

 

Since 1932, the Norwegian Commercial Club has provided Norwegians, Norwegian-Americans and others interested in the Norwegian culture with a place to meet and discuss business issues of the day. The Club provides a means to network and socialize through their dinner meetings and activities.  Each dinner meeting has an engaging speaker or agenda. Dinners, including beverages, are $40 for members and guests with reservations, and $45 without reservations. Make your reservation here.
