Cory is a Commercial Loan Officer with 20+ years of banking experience, providing commercial lending solutions for businesses across multiple industries, with a specialization in maritime finance.

I work directly with business owners and financial leaders to structure practical, bankable financing—including working capital, equipment, and growth capital—supported by treasury management and long‑term relationship banking. As a local banker, I’m highly engaged in the community and frequently serve as a trusted resource and connector for my clients.

My approach is straightforward, responsive, and focused on helping businesses grow sustainably.

Kristian (Kris) is currently retired from a career as a General Management Consultant, emphasizing Strategy, Operations and Finance. Kris also founded and operated two startups and taught at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business as an Adjunct Professor.  He was also a youth head coach for football, basketball and soccer. Kris and his wife Debby enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking, fishing, skiing, and snowshoeing. Kris and Debby currently have three adult children and three grandchildren.

He has served as a trustee for the last two years and joined NCC in 2022.

Lenora is a part of the Evergreen Gavekal team since 2024 as a client service associate providing tailored financial planning solutions.

Lenora was born and raised in Bellevue, Washington. 

Outside of work, Lenora enjoys spending as much time as possible on Lake Washington and sharing meals with family and friends.

Lenora joined NCC in 2025 and quickly began to serve.

Debbi joined NCC in 2015.

25 years in senior sales management for a US-based pharmaceutical company. David then joined Edward Jones in 2016. We believe a local community branch is the best way to provide personalized service to clients and make a difference in their lives.

David and his wife, Joan, are long-time members of the Queen Anne community. 

David Joined NCC in 2019.

Ingrid is a Real Estate broker at Compass, in her spare time she volunteers for various organizations, while also running marathons.

Katrina does residential Interior Design and Event Planning. She serves as the Executive Director of Northwest Fisheries Association. Katrina is also owner and operator of a small business, Viking Raids, specializing in Scandinavian products new and vintage. She also works behind the scenes in Real Estate, preparing listings for the market. She has 20+ years working in marketing, events, interior design, web-design, and visual arts.

She is also a member of the National Nordic Museum and Sons of Norway.

Katrina joined NCC in 2015.
